Join your fellow NYFWA members for an evening of networking. As always, there will be light appetizers and NYFWA members get their first two drinks free.

*This event is only open to members in good standing. Guests may attend for a $15 fee, which must be paid in advance.

Join members and friends of the New York Financial Writers’ Association for a special evening at Bloomberg L.P. on Sept. 11 to honor the newsroom’s Executive Editor for Africa, John McCorry, along with the 2019 scholarship recipients.

June 10, 2019 –A Behind the Scenes Look at Christie's Auction House

Join the NYFWA at Christie’s Auction House  for a private tour of the upcoming Books & Manuscripts Including Americana Auction, featuring Luca Pacioli’s Summa de Arithmetica. The tour and discussion will be led by Christina Geiger, head of Books & Manuscripts in New York, followed by a cocktail hour from 7-8:30 p.m. at Megan's Bar & Kitchen.

May 13, 2019 –Wealth Reporting: How to Cover the Richest of The Rich

Join the NYFWA for an evening with New York's most esteemed wealth reporters to discuss how to cover the nation's wealthiest 1 percent. The panel will address how to dig into documents to unearth tax secrets, track the net worth of billionaires and convince elusive people to talk. Panelists include:

Save the date for the NYFWA's annual membership meeting, where you can meet the members of the organization's new board and raise any topics you would like to discuss with the general membership.
